Returns and Exchanges 

Dear customers, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our games or merch. Please reach out to us on playrootsgames@gmail.com or on Instagram - @rootsthebrand, if you have questions or concerns. 

Shipping and Handling

We currently ship within the United States, UK and to Canada. Orders are shipped out during weekdays. The standard processing and shipping time in the US is 4-7 business days and this varies by customer location. International orders are received within 7-21 business days. 

To order in Nigeria, please send us a DM on Instagram @rootsthebrand. Orders in Nigeria can be delivered within most states and cities in Nigeria. Because of the current fluctuations in exchange rates, prices are subsidized in Naira.
